Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026.
These terms govern access to AskOnChat, your agent on all your channels 24/7, for customer conversations, CRM workflows, approvals, and related business tools across messaging channels such as web chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Product and service
AskOnChat is a hosted software-as-a-service product for businesses. Customers buy online access to workspace tools for web chat, customer conversations, lead capture, appointment workflows, CRM records, approval cards, usage metering, and integrations such as calendar, billing, email, messaging, AI model, and infrastructure providers.
AskOnChat does not sell physical goods. Service access is delivered online after account creation, checkout, and workspace setup.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the people you authorize to use it.
Subscription and usage
AskOnChat is a paid product with no free tier. Access may require an active subscription and usage may be limited by plan credits, usage ceilings, or billing configuration.
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Plan prices, included credits, and overage terms are shown on the public pricing page and in the checkout flow before purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers may request cancellation by contacting hello@askonchat.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the active billing period. Access may remain available until the end of the paid period unless required otherwise by law or account status.
Because AskOnChat is a digital subscription service delivered online, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once service access has been provisioned. We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, service unavailability, or other exceptional cases at our discretion and as required by law.
Customer configuration
You control your business profile, channels, knowledge base, integrations, and agent instructions. Poor or incomplete configuration can reduce answer quality or workflow accuracy.
AI outputs
AI responses and proposed actions should be reviewed according to your business needs. AskOnChat is designed around supervised operation, but you remain responsible for your business decisions and customer commitments.
Acceptable use
You may not use AskOnChat to violate law, infringe rights, send abusive or deceptive messages, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, or process data you are not permitted to process.
Connected messaging channels
Businesses can connect messaging channels such as web chat, Facebook Pages and Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp to operate conversations from AskOnChat. AskOnChat is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google.
When you connect these channels you must comply with the platform's own terms and messaging policies, including Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and WhatsApp Business policies, and Google's API terms. You are responsible for obtaining the consent and opt-in required to message your end users, for honoring opt-outs, and for respecting messaging windows and message-template rules where they apply.
Third-party services
Integrations with identity, billing, messaging, calendar, CRM, AI model, or infrastructure providers may be subject to third-party terms. You are responsible for authorizing and configuring those services.
Availability
We work to keep AskOnChat reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or events outside our control.
